Q:  How long will my broth stay good in the fridge?

A:  Freshly made broth lasts up to a week in the fridge.  It can also be  frozen and will stay good in the freezer for up to 5 months, and can be easily defrosted and enjoyed at any time.  Our broth is available in both glass mason jars for fridge use, as well as bpa-free plastic containers for the freezer.

A:  There are so many ways... as morning as a pick-me-up, a grounding snack between meals, a healthy base for other soups, stews, meats, casseroles, etc.  It is also wonderful for cooking with as it imparts a more nuisanced flavor into all dishes.

Q: I am sick with the flu, can broth help me?

A: Yes! We find that drinking a lot of broth when you are sick or feel like you are coming down with something can really help give the body a boost.

Q:  How much broth should I consume each day?

A:  That is up to you, but for a healing protocol, at least 12 oz per day is recommended.
